1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any quotation, order or contract with Cozy Supply Company Limited ("Cozy Supply", "we", "us").

2. Our products and services

We design and manufacture customized prefabricated building components for residential homes, including bathrooms, kitchens, wall and floor panels, accessibility features and smart-care features such as fall detection. Images, descriptions and illustrations on this site are indicative only.

3. Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for the period stated in the quotation. A contract is formed when we accept your written order and receive any deposit due. Because products are made to your specifications, you are responsible for the accuracy of dimensions, site conditions and requirements you give us.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in your quotation and exclude taxes and installation unless stated. Payment terms, including any deposit and the timing of the balance, are set out in your quotation and order confirmation.

5. Changes and cancellation

Changes after design approval may affect price and lead time. Custom-made products cannot be cancelled once production has started, except as set out in our Shipping & Return policy or required by law.

6. Installation and site readiness

You must make sure the site is accessible and ready for delivery and installation on the agreed date. Additional costs from delays or site issues may be charged.

7. Warranty

We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period stated in your quotation or order confirmation, starting from installation, under normal residential use. This does not cover misuse, unauthorized modification or normal wear.

8. Smart-care and fall-detection features

Fall detection and monitoring features are assistive tools. They do not guarantee detection of every fall or a particular response time, and are not a substitute for medical care, supervision or emergency services. Performance depends on correct installation, power, network connectivity and third-party notification services.

9. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Intellectual property

Website content, designs and drawings remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cozy Supply is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have jurisdiction over disputes.
